Ingredients:
1 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1/4 cup almond flour
1 tbsp. Swerve granular sweetener
1 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. Lily’s chocolate chips
Directions:
Melt the butter in a mug.
Stir sweetener in the butter.
Add cocoa and stir.
Add egg and stir.
Add almond flour and stir.
Add baking powder and stir.
Add cocoa and stir.
Cook in a microwave on high for 2 minutes.
Bill and I like to split this brownie for 2.5 net carbs each. Then we add 2/3 cup Carb Smart Breyers Ice Cream each for 4 more net carbs. (6.5 net carbs per serving)
