32 oz. frozen hashbrowns
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 stick margarine
16 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
salt & pepper to taste
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Melt margarine and pour over hashbrowns and onions.
3. Add sour cream, soup, cheese and salt & pepper.
4. Mix ingredients thoroughly and put in buttered casserole.
5. Bake 40-45 minutes on 375 degrees or until it begins to brown on top.
