Apple Crisp

1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 cup coconut
21-oz. can apple pie filling
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
vanilla ice cream

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Prepare butter crunch by mixing first 4 ingredienets.
3. In ungreased 9-inch pie pan or baking dish mix pie filling, lemon juice and cinnamon.
4. Sprinkle 1 cup of butter cruch evenly over top.
5. Bake for 10 minutes or until top is golden and bubbly.
6. Serve warm with ice cream.
